Muscle Milk Pickett Racing will have a bigger on track presence in the American Le Mans Series next season with the team fielding a LMP Challenge class entry alongside its LMP1 program, which will be announced in the coming weeks. Drivers Memo Gidley and Mike Guasch, who both are based locally, near the team’s Benicia headquarters, will lead the team’s effort in the Challenge class, which features the Michelin-clad ORECA-Courage FLM09 prototype.

Round #8 of the DJSA Outlaw Jet Ski series was greeted with beautiful clear California skies and a packed field as the DJSA is nearing the end of its nine race watercraft series.  This race, special to all of the DJSA competitors, was dedicated to the late Indy Car star Dan Wheldon, along with off road racer Rick Huseman, and Moto GP rider Marco Simoncelli, who all lost their lives this past month.

Round #8 of the DJSA Outlaw Water Cross Tour is being held this Sunday October 30th, at the Sandy Beach Park in Rio Vista, CA.  The race is being dedicated to Indy Car driver Dan Wheldon, who lost his life October 16th while racing in the Las Vegas 300.
