 Trackmagic LLC announced today that it has entered a manufacturing
agreement with a premiere Italian company to build karts and components
to Trackmagic specifications. All design, engineering, and R&D of
karts will continue to be done by Trackmagic in the United States and
will be determined and guided by testing and racing on U.S. tracks.

The new 2008 karts and parts are currently in production and are scheduled for availability in mid-March. Parts for new karts and non-current models will be stocked in our Northern California warehouse. According to Trackmagic owner Andrew Alfonso, "This is a progressive step forward for Trackmagic. We are combining Italian quality with American ingenuity to provide our customers with an outstanding racing product at a very competitive price. I am fortunate to have inherited such a loyal customer base and continue to be committed to Trackmagic's American heritage." Memo Gidley, the Godfather of Trackmagic, has been involved in the evolution of Trackmagic and expects the new product line to be better than ever.
